Book Review: Broken Roads: Returning to my Amish Father

Broken Roads:  Returning to my Amish Father

Author:  Ira Wagler
Publisher:  Faith Words
Pages:  272

Broken Roads:  Returning to my Amish Father by Ira Wagler is a journey with the author into his life.  This book follows Mr. Wagler’s first memoir, Growing Up Amish:  A Memoir.  In Broken Roads, Mr. Wagler takes us further into his life journey, from his joys and through his lows.  Throughout the journey, Mr. Wagler’s voice is honest and raw.  Mr. Wagler’s gives so much of himself in this book.  Mr. Wagler’s road has not been an easy one, he shows the reader that the road of life is bumpy, and there will be a mix of experiences along the way.  Mr. Wagler’s journey will make a positive impact on you, his voice is unique, real, insightful, and he is an example of how persevering in faith can lead you to a new level of understanding of the road God has set you upon.

I recommend that you read this book.  This book is sincere and may help you on your own journey ahead.

Happy Reading!
